^^^well the price is right for that cam but even I think that would be a tad small for six litres, and I LOVE small cams. You never know though, that cam has seen some pretty dynamic applications over the years with some great results. I'm just not sure about it for your setup.

Yes, slicks.

If you are not spraying more than a 250 shot you don't need to look at certain duration numbers and say they are good for nitrous. Plus, you are a little off I think, its 204/218

If you are going to put a z06 cam in a 6 liter truck motor you might as well put a turbo in front of it too because that is what most forced induction guys do as their cam of choice.

TR224 would be a good way to go, other than that there are tons of threads about cam choices and which one for what application. Good luck!

Well you said you were looking at an ls6 cam here, I'd go with a comp 212/218 114 over that.

Now you say that the TR224 is too small? I'm a little lost lol

C6 Z06 will be a sleeper cam.
Any cam you can spec with -8 overlap will be a sleeper at an 800 rpm idle.

Go with a 218/230 116 +2 on EPS or XFI lobes. It is -8 overlap. It will have good low end throttle response, make more power than a Z06 cam on or off the bottle, and has plenty of exhaust for the spray.

Quick Reply: lq9 ls7 or ls9 cam?
