Texas Speed has what your looking for, go on their website and you can look at them and up grade the components to the desired horsepower level and see the adjusted price. They are also a sponsor and you can call them if you need any tech support before your purchase.

The LS7 stroke is already at 4.00", the most you'll be able to get is another 10 cubes by going to a 4.10" crank. Not worth the $$$ or the durability problems...

.030" over still doesn't make 440ci, more like 433ci, and you probably wouldn't want to go that far oversized with the stock sleeves if the goal is 1000hp.

You probably wouldn't even want to use the stock sleeves for 1000hp anyways. At the very least, I'd use something like a MID sleeved block.

If you buy the ERL superdeck in block form in a 434 and its good for that kind of power. The turbo extreme shortblock is the 6 bolt blocks and cost $7500, block is $3000

and yes 440 is i believe 4.125x4.100?

Call sean or seth at erl they are great to deal with and would be happy to help you. Ohio boys run erl blocks well over 1000 hp.
