Default Help with a seal

I was installing a cam in my LS2 and when the oil pump was removed I saw a seal that fell off but now I cant find his place, anyone where does it have to go?

Goes on behind the factory balancer on the crank. Pointless seal, just toss it.

That's not a seal. It is part of a GM TSB for a spun balancer, so the crankshaft is below flush when the balancer is pressed on all the way.

Slide it on the crankshaft before installing the balancer.
