Default tall deck engine, what am I missing

Looking at engine options. TSP shows the tall deck LSX block for $2400, 468" rotating assembly for $2250. So $4650 worth of parts. The machine work should be about the same as for a short deck, figure $1200. So $5850 for the short block. If I re-use all the other parts off my stock LS6 (yes I know the heads are not ideal but will work, new cam) what else needs to be purchased to shoehorn this into f-body?
(1) Intake spacers/bolts
(2) Some exhaust welding, maybe wedge out the collectors to turn down 1" more?
(3) Front/rear engine covers?

Is there anything else big I am missing?

Header fit may be an issue you will have to deal with. On BBC in Gen I car, going to a raised exhaust port (3/8 of an inch) forces a move to custom headers and these cars have tons of room versus a Gen IV. Might want to check with header suppliers to see if they have something out of the box that fits. You would hate to get the engine completely assembled and realize you missed a $1500 item.

Cheap part but you should add a new oil pump too.
