Default New to this, what cam?

My mods are in my sig, im thinking of doing a cam and want something thats complete meaning cam, rods and springs and so on. Whats a good cam because im trying to achieve about 420-430rwhp not too worried about the torque being further up in the rpms since i have 4.10's and this is a daily driver so i dont want surging or terrible idle( tune should fix idle). Ive heard of Pat G and others but how much does a MS3, with hardened rods, stiffer springs i think i would need retainers cost me. Im gonna keep the stock rockers the timing chain i can change but the car has about 80k miles on it now and runs fairly strong car also holds oil pressure hot in traffic at about 36-38 psi cold is about 42-43 psi. If any of that info helps.

Id have one spec'd out....my H/C/I put near those numbers down(uncorrected) and its a 224 228 .590 .600 on a 113...If i could do it over Id have one spec'd, months after it was in i wanted more... It'd be good to know that one of the "cam gurus" took their time to design something that exactly fits your needs and set up

Hey bud, I encourage to check out our extremely popular "polluter" cam. I think with the mods you have it would be the absolute perfect fit for what your looking for. We have it in a package deal the includes your springs and rods you are looking for as well. I have posted a link for you below, check it out!!!!

Impressive numbers with that cam, i think with the nitrous i might be maxing out my injectors. I might have to get some 42lb injectors as well.

Yikes 125 shot dry!!!! It woudl be cheaper for you and better to invest in converting to a wet kit than it would be to invest in bigger injectors.

As for a cam I think that when you get a cam speced out it's only truely beneficial if you know EVERYTHING about your build otherwise just go with a cam that a company has spent days months years into R&D to make right for 95% of all users within a certain bracket.
