I know this is hard to diagnose I have an LS2 that all the pulleys appear to be ligned up well everything turns as it should. Everything stays ligned up well. I have the underdrive pulley and im using the 760K6 belt. Not every time but many many times when going into high rpms the belt goes bye bye.
I can drive for thousands of miles with no problem but in the past month its been 4 belts.
The idler pulley is tight as it should be. i tried to rock each pulley to see if there was any play but nothing seems out of whack.
