Expert opinion needed on LS3 valves
unless the cam is very mild I would not use those springs. The valve is light but still alot of valve to control. I have been using the lunati dual kits and they are great for that valve with a wide varity of cams.

I'm thinking they will be OK with the medium sized Comp XFI profile I'm going to run, 226INT@0.589lift/238EXH@0.608lift. I have these same 918spings/tool steel retainer on a GENI small block with a solid flat tappet that revs heavier valves to over 7K RPMs.
