will ls3 headers on a trans am fit on an ls1 camaro?

What headers, specifically, are you trying to run? Headers are listed for specific vehicles, not specific engines (except the LS7 which uses a different shaped exhaust flange).

Headers out of an 2010+ Camaro or the C6 Corvettes with the LS3 will NOT fit your 4th gen Camaro.
