Please help with injector circuit problem
I went to start my car Thursday (LS2 GTO), car would barely run. I popped the hood and found my MAF wires had fallen down and were touching the serpentine belt. Rubbed through 2 wires. I cut out the damaged section of wire and "wire nutted" the ends back together. Car did the same thing on re-start. I went and got a code reader. I am throwing injector circuit 1, 3, 5, and 7 codes (note injector circuit) and a multiple misfire code. I find it odd these problems would happen the same time I found the wires on the serpentine belt, but why hasn't it changed since fixing the wires? I erased the codes, and they came right back. Could I have shorted anything out? ECU? Injector's? Or, is it possible these wires read such small voltage's or resistance, that wire nutting them, messed up the signal they would sending?

Can't believe I did not think of that. Going to check that now. On another forum, I was told wire nutting the wires could cause interference as these are low and precise voltage's? Maybe need to solder the wire?

Well, you fixed it! I'm disappointed I did not think to look at fuses with a damn SHORT. Anyway, regardless, found the 15a fuse blown, replaced it, and the beast is alive. I really appreciate it!

Yeah I'm going to. Its going to be hard though, because there is less then 1/2" of wire left coming from the plug. Hopefully it will be enough to solder and heat shrink.
