Default Proper torque for ARP studs/LSX/LS7?

My car has ARP head studs, an LSX iron block, and LSX/LS7 heads. I need to re-torque the heads. Can anyone tell me what the proper torque for the nuts is?

Thanks!

I don't have the instructions in front of me, but I believe the torque on the 6-bolt style M11 head studs (the nuts) is 90lb feet with ARP lube. The smaller M8 bolts 28lb feet. If you are re-torquing you should only do one at a time, in sequence btw.
