cam help

have a 05 6.0L truck motor wanting to know if this comp cam part # 54-418-11 will go right in and work with all stock hardware THANKS STEVE

Several things you will need.

Spring kit, pushrods, dyno tune are the three major ones. Gaskets etc add up quickly in cost so dont forget about those.
