370 build questions

370 build questions Im sure all of this may be covered in here somewhere but i dont see it so ill ask... Im lookin to build a 370 with a iron 6.0 block. The block has to go .30 over so i will be buying a set of pistons. I will be using l92/ls3 heads. Here are my concearns
1. Would like to get 11-11.5 : 1. What piston do i buy to achieve this with a valve relief big enough to still run a healthy cam? How much will the heads need milled if any
2. Arp bolts & stock rods... I have heard something needs to be done
3. Building on a budget, best piston for the $$?? Where to buy??
Will be using a ls3 intake also. Lookin to make 475 through a stalled auto... Is this reasonable? Im just worried more than anything about what piston i can run to get the compression i want. I will have pat g spec a cam and dont want to be limited on it due to ptv clearance. Any help is appreciated.

My setup is
.030 over 6.0 decked to 9.2155
K398x3 pistons for a 6.125 rod.
Scat 6.100 rods
Stock crank
Ls3 heads milled .045 with a .040 gaskets giving me 11.3:1 compression.
Stock ls3 intake and rails.
