LQ9 build help
LQ9 build help Alright heres the deal. I was planning to build an LS1 camaro. But i found a cheap camaro with a blown LQ9. Now id like to build the LQ9 up. im just curious if the same heads and cam i was going to use will work for the LQ9. I was gonna get EPS custom grind cam with TFS 215cc heads.
Any suggestions for the build? (already has slp lid, FAST 92/90, headers, TD's)
Any clue as to how much power it would make? Looking for ~470hp
Im new to the LQ9 so is there anything i should now since im going to have to redo the internals?

Well i might have to bore it out, cause the engine is blown. So it may have some scratches in the cylinder walls, but i have not taken it apart to check yet. I dont want to bore/stroke it too much because this will be my DD and i still want it to get decent gas mileage. The previous owner told me he got 24 highway making 440hp before it blew.
