Alright heres the deal. I was planning to build an LS1 camaro. But i found a cheap camaro with a blown LQ9. Now id like to build the LQ9 up. im just curious if the same heads and cam i was going to use will work for the LQ9. I was gonna get EPS custom grind cam with TFS 215cc heads.

Any suggestions for the build? (already has slp lid, FAST 92/90, headers, TD's)
Any clue as to how much power it would make? Looking for ~470hp

Im new to the LQ9 so is there anything i should now since im going to have to redo the internals?

Sounds good to me. Consider boring it out some for more cubes, maybe even stroker. But those heads are still great, keep those for sure and def go for the eps cam.

Well i might have to bore it out, cause the engine is blown. So it may have some scratches in the cylinder walls, but i have not taken it apart to check yet. I dont want to bore/stroke it too much because this will be my DD and i still want it to get decent gas mileage. The previous owner told me he got 24 highway making 440hp before it blew.
