Not sure of the specs of the d6 but its a pretty mild blower cam if I remember correctly. I'd look into porting and milling those ls3 heads to get compression up into the 9.5:1 range. If a milder cam with good driveability is what you're after, a stock Zr1 cam would do pretty good. Finally, that P1 is gonna run out of breath pretty quick, may want to look into upgrading to the larger d1 head unit.
