Default LSA damper

The LSA balancer looks like it is balanced to the engine, because if you change it you are to put the weights in the same place as the old one.
Now how do you replace with a ATI damper that does not have weights?

Thanks

Ls engines are internally balanced, ATI has different pulleys iirc overdrive and stock diameter.

Yes that is what all say, but reading the service manual it says it is external balanced on the front balancer??
