I was ordering ACL rod bearings to my engine (isnīt taken apart yet), part suplier asked that is there oil holes in upper bearing?

Two types of bearings in LS3?

Mine is 10/09 bought crate engine with Corvette oilpan and pulley, any idea should it have additional oil hole or not?

LS engines use the same 2.100in rod bearings that a SBC uses. They may have been asking if you had rods with direct pin oiling (rifle drilled), then you would need a hole in the top bearing to send oil through the beam to the wrist pin. If they are stock rods you do not have this hole.

He may have meant main bearings. Rods bearings typically don't have holes in them unless it is doweled for an aluminum rod.

The ACL 663H rod bearings should be fine. I used them in my LS3 rods.
