I bought an 08 lh6 with 32k miles to swap into my 54 Chevy 2 door car. During this process of buying this engine I didn't do my research like I'm doing now. Did not realize the new engine had DoD and afm. Like I said before I did not do my research. I was blinded buy the low mileage and aluminium block and a complete motor with harness and pcm. So my plans were to run the efi but after making a few phone calls to people that do this for a living I soon realized that I bought the wrong motor with a very tight budget. So now in wanting to run a carb but need help with dod. Can I run the carb without the DoD and if not what can I do? Thanks
