Has a greased almost mud texture to it. Grey in color and its obviously metal bits but anyone seen this before? It's like never seez. Also the oil has a small hint of fuel and the oil pressure is in the 20's most of the time.

Verdad Gallardo They're made of aluminum and copper which are both non magnetic. the oil plug is magnetic and that's why you have that on the plug. I have seen that before on engines and that people have not maintained and the oil doesn't get to where it needs to be on start up becaues of clogged oil passages and friction of metals causes what you see.
I also have a little bit of stuff on my magnetic drain plug every oil change, doesn't look as crazy as that but it's there.
So what part(s) of the engine are made out of magnetic parts? The crank is iron, the rods are metal, the liners are iron?

You can get some of that engine flush stuff or what I have seen work well is Marvel mystery oil. Put in half a quart every oil change and it does a good job of keeping things clean and cleaning things out.
Still though the only true way to go thru everything is to do a tear down of the engine.
