bugy

hello, engine has been just rebuilt, valve lifters are new,they're hydraulic, when it is at idle it seems to be working good, i can't hear any noise from valvetrain, when engine off lifters are discharged, why would this happen? valve springs are working wih 125lbs. when valve closed, engine is street use, nothing rough, any input??
