Do the lifters and timing chain from a L92 engine are the same of a LQ4 ones?

 

Hell shouldn't be too much of a diff. unless you got cylinder deactivation lifter... my man all lifters are generally the same unless there are not stock and are we not talking about stock..lifters. LS7 lifters work in a 4.8 LS...so on and so on.
