How much to do a ls1to ls3?

How much to do a ls1to ls3? Have the car in sig and wondering if anybody had a ballpark figure what it would cost to put a ls3 that can handle boost up to 750rwhp? Minus the blower unit of course.
Trying to figure out what I need to save up to get started.
Goal right now is get the motor in and run it till I can get the blower on. This won't be a full out drag car. Mostly just a cruiser to go say to work or down the road and down to ocean city.
I was figuring 12k but really have no idea

15k atleast to get a motor that will handle 750 rwhp under boost. Not including the 8-9k for the procharger and couple grand to upgrae the fuel system and 2-4k to rebuild the trans
