The cam in mine is great and does what I wanted, which was great vacuum for my big brakes, a noticeable idle, and strong low and mid range power. I also needed a cam stable enough not to stall at a redlight when the AC kicks on. Because the grinder listened to what I wanted and didn't just go straight for max power, Im a very happy customer.
I built my car for cruising, light autocross and a trip to the dragstrip every once in a while and am happy to say the car does better than I thought it would. Good Luck with your cam selection and I personally would go with one of the grinds on the smaller side, if you go with one on the list.

That couldn't have been explained any better!
If you want peace of mind, knowing that you are getting exactly what you want and need, then do yourself a favor and contact Pat G and have him spec a cam for you
That is what I did and just received my custom grind cam from Geoff @ EPS
And I know it will do exactly what I want
keep in mind that a correctly "spec'd cam, even with "lower m=numbers, but less overlap, can produce solid hp/tq numbers, similar to "larger" cams cams with more overlap, which is more "work" in getting it tuned properly

Pat can give you spec's for either a Comp Cams grind (and lobes) or a EPS grind
I got both cam specs from him for my 6.0L w/ a LS3 top end build, I choose to go with the EPS grind cam & core, Geoff @ EPS is great to deal with, also bought the correct length pushrods from him also
