Default first time measuring pushrods, confused

ok, so i am confused. I measured for push rods today. I measured both intake and exhaust on every cylinder, all of them at TDC when i measured. Each side seems to vary by alot.
I measured them to have a .075 preload, and used the adjustable comp cams push rod checker.

Here are my results:
Intake is left side/exhaust right side
#1-7.4/7.4
#2-7.41/7.42
#3-7.33/7.36
#4-7.41/7.41
#5-7.32/7.38
#6-7.41/7.41
#7-7.33/7.37
#8-7.41/7.41

is it normal for the driver side and passenger side to be so far off from each other?

And after looking at this, is there one set length that i can buy that will work for all of them? If so, what am i ordering?

If I didn't know better, I'd say you have one head milled more than the other, lol.

How are you measuring? Are you sure you were on TDC of the compression stroke?

I used a piston stop. Rotated clockwise, marked the damper, rotated counter clockwise, marked the damper, measured to the middle of those 2 marks and used the 3rd mark as TDC.

A little more info on the setup:
Tony Mamo did the AFR 230V2 heads on it.
brian tooley lifters
Arun's stage 3 Jam Cam
LS9 gaskets

I switched from
Stock 243's
ECS baby cam
LS7 lifters
LS9 gaskets

I am second guessing myself, thats why i posted here. I wonder if i am not on compression stroke on one side.
Not sure what kind of difference it would make but im sure it would be off.

I am going to do them all over again today and see what i come up with. I wonder if i had done some on exhaust instead of compression stroke

I like to use the EOIC method.

When the Exhaust Opens, check the intake. When the Intake Closes, check the exhaust.
