Default Which engine to go with??

Well i had an unfortunate turn of events and I through a rod and cracked my ls1 block, so i have to get a whole new motor . So I've been looking around and here is the options I found: stock ls1 99k $1500 (use money left over for performance parts), built lt1 (making 450 at flywheel) $2500, 5.3L vortech stock 77k $650 (use money left over for performance parts), l92 with ls7 cam 31k $2500 (with the l92 would I need another transmission? I want to keep my 4l60e) which setup would you guys go with? im not wanting to do alot of modification, I really am interested it the l92, how many mods would I have to do too make it work? Whats you guys opinions?

Go with the L92. You will need a DOD/VVT delete kit if you decide to install a good aftermarket cam. You can stay with the VVT and go with a VVT cam but not worth it IMO. Then again idk what are your goals. Does it come with the PCM and wiring harness also?

The L92 probably has the DOD/VVT delete already if it had an LS7 cam installed. But the L92 for sure.
