Comp Cams identification

Here are the numbers on a cam that I just pulled out of my NA motor. PO had the cam spec'd by LMR and I don't have the card. Can anyone tell me more about this cam?

It's an off the shelf grind from Comp. Just punched in 54-469-11 in the search bar on Comp Cams site. Its for a rectangular port headed motor for all out power.
