Looking at ordering a cam, springs etc; What would make the most power out of these...I have the L92 heads with 9.67 to 1 compression stock LY6 and I do not want to fly cut the pistons.

Don't think about it call a Cam person and worry out bumping up Compression or something else.
Look up Pat.G or Martin @ Tick there many others
The cam your looking @ will more than likely be the same $ as a custom 399 or better yet 450 fully customized to your engine

Forgot to mention I am running a Th400 with a 4500 stall, 4.10 gears and I am going to run a Victor Jr. with a Pro-Systems Carb with the MSD 6LS2 6012 box.

The 223/238 108+4 cam will make the most power IMO.
