Manley solid stems are popular.

Ferrea came out with a new light hollow stem valve minus the sodium. Thicker in all the right areas is what i've been told. I run the solid stem Rev now and haven't had any issues reving to 7400. Do some searching and you'll find the answers your looking for...

Like KCS said, Manley solids. They get rid of having the lash caps too. I have seen too many LS7 drop valves and ruin the whole engine. If you are going to change the valve springs to something bigger, replace the valves for sure!

Lash caps are used on the titanium intake valves only
