Default wiring harness question

(2006) 5.3 engine
4l65e transmission
blue/green pcm connector

I'm almost done with my engine harness and I have a couple wires that I have no idea where they go.

I have 4 pink wires coming from the transmission harness that are still connected to the C2 connector, where do they go? The pinouts on the wires are F8,F9,E11,D8.

Two of the wires go to the round transmission connector and the other two go to the rectangle transmission connector. Also on the rectangle transmission connector. I have 4 other wires colors are light green, dark green, grey, and white. I de-pinned these when I de-pinned the harness. Do i cut these off at the connector or do they go somewhere? Thanks in advance for the help.

Pink wires will be, switched, ignition power wires. Follow them to the transmission connector and see what pins they go to. C2 is a pcm connector. I can get the schematics you need, but I am not sure what the actual connector number is. If you read through some of the swap FAQ's in the conversion section, you will probably find all the schematics you need.

Thanks for the info. I ended up just deleting it because it was just the neutral safety switch and brake lights.

I caution about deleting a neutral safety switch, an automatic car will start in gear and get out of control fast...been there done that
