Callies Dragon Slayer

looking to build a 1500HP C6Z using an 427CID and F1X with ton of nitrous, all I need to know whats the range of Dragon Slayer is it a good choice to go with or should I get a built Crankshaft as well.

Why not go with their Magnum series crank?

I think the Slayer stops around 900hp. You will probably need a Magnum. I have a Magnum in my Big block that makes about 1500hp, but a big block crank is a different animal and pretty stocky.

Next choice would be to start looking at billet cranks at the HP range.

I was told Callies rates their cranks:
Compstar -900hp
Dragon slayer -1500hp
Magnum -2000hp

For the abuse of nitrous, I would go with the Magnum for the safety. The Dragon Slayer will hold to 1500 HP but for the cost difference vs. piece of mind, I would go Magnum.
