Default LS3 in 98 Camaro

Had some valvetrain issues and rotated a lifter; cam may be damaged. Ran for 5 mins top like that, but going to pull cam and inspect.

On that note, current cam is 230/232 115+3 0.615/0.608. Decent power coming off a 9 inch rear in sig.

I want more power and maybe break 450 ft/lb of torque

Any cam recommendations now that the cam only LS3 has been around awhile.

That cam you got speced there is really suited for a cathedral port head. Look how close your intake and exhaust duration is. Barely any split. Ls3 motors have a rectangle head which responds better with a larger split cam. An example 227/240 on a 113+4

yeah when I specced the cam a few years ago, I had cathedral port heads. Any cam only LS3's with headers pushing 450+ with a smooth idle? (not looking for any crazy lump)
