Best pushrod for ly6

Best pushrod for ly6 Ok what is the strongest pushrod I can run? Stock ly6 with cam/springs ls7 rockers .measured with comp cam checker got 7.350 1.5 turns to 22 ft lbs after zero lash. Was thinking 5/16 .105 wall will 3/8 fit? First ls build and there are so many choices any help is apprec thanks

You can get Manton 11/32 pushrods, but they take their measurements a little differently, so make sure you give them the correct numbers.
