You'll have to get the heads clearanced for 3/8 pushrods. Depending on lobes you can get a basic 5/16s instead.

You can get Manton 11/32 pushrods, but they take their measurements a little differently, so make sure you give them the correct numbers.

The Trend 3/8 pushrods didn't require any clearancing on my LS3 heads.

Maybe LS3 heads are different, I know when I sent in my 243s to AI they asked whether or not I wanted mine done for 3/8 pushrods while they performed the other work.

If I find that 3/8 pushrods will fit , will they work with ls7 lifters and stock rockers?

Sure. Just make sure you have the right length.
