Default LS3 Based 350

I was wondering if anyone had bored a LS3 to 4.09" and destroked it to 3.325"?

Not a lot of folks destroking engines unless you are trying to reach a specific cubic inch limitation of a sanctioning body. Bigger is better.

Default Revving Capability increase?

By doing this do I not gain a boost in engine speed capability? Or is it too minimal to consider?

You gain back some headroom in piston speed, but that's not really a great reason to do it, because you aren't any where close to critical with a stock stroke crankshaft anyway. I wouldn't consider decreasing stroke to be a boost in RPM capability, but rather a requirement of increased cycling speed to do the same amount of work (pump air) that could be done with a larger displacement. Friction increases exponentially with the RPM increase so it rarely pays off. If you are displacement limited by class rules, it can be a totally different ball game.
