Head stud ?

Head stud ? I have ARP 234-4319 studs for my LSX the directions say 3 equal steps to
90lbs for the big studs and like 28lbs for the smalls do the small studs get 3 equal steps also it dont say?
Do the studs go in the block dry and hand tight? I dont think any studs hit the water jacket to need sealer do they?

I did three steps on the small and big...I used arp pro torque lube or whatever it is called and put them in the block until they bottomed out and backed them off like 1/16th of a turn....didn't seal any of them....
Not sure what the P/N was on my studs, but I think my larger ones called for 185 ft-lb...could be different studs, or I could just be mistaken, but I would double check that...

The directions say just hand tight but I know everyone has some different ways they do things! I have some of the ultra lube that comes with the studs I will be using on the nut end of the studs before torquing.
