Default So, peep this...

cam bearings look worn, but online, many folks said the copper is normal, the second from the front bearing has some grroving, as does that support lobe.

thoughts? Also, this car has been a nightmare, I've considered buying some tannerite

How many miles on the camshaft? Also what oil are you using and what is the valve spring pressure?

Those bearings are worn out. You can see the transfer onto the camshaft. I use king bearings.

66k miles. Cam isn't being reused. I have a pat g cam and new lifters. I had lifter failure.

I used Mobil 1. But I bought the car at 56k. So I can't comment on maintenance before I took ownership. Not sure of springs. Car now has BTR springs .660 with ti retainers.
