Make sure you use the restricted push rods and drill the lifter trays.

I was gonna get ls2 lifter trays. Will I still have to drill them. Also nice set up that c5 must fly

Yes, whether you're using LS2 or LS7 trays they need to be drilled. It's an easy job that takes longer to measure and mark them than it does to drill them.
