0821 heads or Trickflow 255s

That beings said if your considering a aftermarket casting LS3 head then I believe the PRC 260 head is a no brainer! You get a full cnc ported aftermarket casting with 380+cfm capability & even a hollow stem valve upgrade free! Anyone familiar with aftermarket LS3 valves know they're very heavy. Just compare the weights on all the cylinder heads & I think you'll agree the PRC 260 is a killer option.
The PRC hollow stems help to solve the issue with valve train stability that lots of LS3 head guys are seeing.
Hope this helps!

Trust me I was all over the map on what to do on my build and the one thing I could not argue with was once you reached the limits of porting on the stock head you've still got a long way to grow on many aftermarket castings.
