what is my custom grind cam comparable to? help! been asking around a bitso I have a custom grind cam in my '06 LS2 GTO I only know these specs
227* intake duration at 0.050 and 235* exhaust duration on a 113LSA, I don't know the lift numbers unfortunately, but I'm in the process of trying to find out.
as far as cam sizes what is it comparable to one that you can buy out of the box? is it a mild cam? medium sized cam or large in comparison to other "out of the box" LS cams? what are these specs comparable to? a 228r?
I've only got a K&N intake and stainless works 1 3/4'' long tubes to full SW exhaust. dyno tuned by Frost it made 436HP and 412 lb ft of torque.
Are those numbers good?

hmm thanks guys! I like this cam I'm just not too impressed with it, I had a z28 last year and it had the LG motorsports G5x4 cam in it and it was a screamer of a cam, I was thinking about getting one for this car, just wasn't sure how much more power I'd make over my current cam setup. do you think the GTO would be too heavy for a cam that has a high peak RPM range like that?
