Larger Intake and Exhaust Valves?

Larger Intake and Exhaust Valves? I've built quite a few sbc and bbc and just a few ls engines with stock heads, so I'm still new to the ls game.
I'm building a 441 lsx, and all the good aftermarket heads have different valve sizes.
intake/exhaust
Stock: 2.200/1.610
Mast: 2.250/1.600
Brodix BR7: 2.204/1.614
Brodix BR7 273: 2.250/1.614
PRC: 2.250/1.610
BMP: 2.250/1.625
Will the stock valve reliefs accept those valve sizes or will I have to have the pistons CNC cut for those valve sizes?

It depends on the pistons and on the heads themselves. Some aftermarket heads have different spacing between the valves. Some pistons have more generous reliefs cut than others.
You're going to want to get with the piston manufacturer and the manufacturer of the heads you want to use and find out if they'd compatible. If not, you can always have a machinist cut new releifs for relatively cheap.
