Strange Clicking noise.

Strange Clicking noise. I just did a 6.2 swap in my 72 Vette using the GMPP wiring harness. Installed with no problem at all. But after logging a few miles on the car I am starting to notice a clicking noise while starting the car. Now the car will start but the clicking sounds like the noise that most cars make today when the battery is gone or connection issue. I have checked the battery and all connections alt is putting out 13.7. This generally happens after car gets to operating temp. I don't recall it doing it at all when cold. I have searched and have not had much luck. Not sure if it matters but the car is non VVT. Thanks for any help.
