Couple of noob questions

Couple of noob questions I have an 06 5.3 that's going in a cutlass, it's got 706 heads. I've read threads where people say it has more and threads people say it has less compression than 243 heads. I'm planning on a street car and will replace the cam because power, and one of the lifters ruined the one I have.
Will 243 heads do anything for me?
I can get the accessories from an Impala. Are those similar to f-body and will those work on mine or not or is there any benefit? How difficult is it to get the back head off in the car? Is there anything on this car I can make use of?

243 heads are 64cc and 706 heads are 61cc... Compression would be higher with the 706.
And Impala accessories are not similar to the Fbody. Impala accessories are for a FWD platform, So I have no idea if you can use them. Come to think it it I don't think ive seen anyone use them.
