Have I got this right?
Iron block gen 4 6.0L with 4.00" bore, new stock LS2 flat tops with no reliefs, stock LS2 cam, LS3/L92 heads (milled .030 with new GM truck intake valves) with new LS9 "Blue" springs and new LS7 lifters.
Using the comp pushrod checker I measured all the pushrods and came up with an average non-preloaded length of 7.249" (max = 7.263", min = 7.231"). Adding 0.060 for LS7 lifter preload gives me a calculated pushrod length of 7.309" which is pretty darn close to the 7.30" that BTR offers.
So given this is my first LS build, can you gents with experience please let me know if I'm on the right track?
Thanks!
S.F.
