Here's the back story, have a 06 tbss with low oil pressure so I rebuilt a LQ4 shortblock with ls2 rods, 24x crank, and new flat top pistons.
Since ls2 motors came with 243s, and everyone knows 799s are the same head, I found a set of 799s with 20k miles. Purchased them but want to know if the stock springs will handle a stock LS2 cam without floating the valves
I already know stock 243 springs are rated at 560 max lift, but does anyone know the max lift or part # for 799 springs?
