Default Freshening Up Engine

So I am pulling the Engine in my TBSS 85K Miles, I need to replace the oil pan gasket (AWD), changing my stall, cam, heads and oil pump.

My question is what should I do to the engine while its out? I just replaced the lifters about 10k miles ago.

Mine plan is to check the cylinders for any glazing, deglaze them with a flex hone, regap the rings for boost, inspect the bottom end for any damage or wear, if everything still looks good put it back together as is.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions
