Default L76 Rod Bolt Torque specs and procedure?

Want to verify the specs and procedures for torquing OEM rod bolts for the L76 6.0 engine. What I have found is this:

First Pass20 N.m (15 lb ft) Connecting Rod Bolts - Final Pass 85 degrees

Is this correct?

Thank you sir. Reason I asked this question is because the rod bolts on these rods do not have the dimples or anything like the repair manual I have says they may have. They have some lettering and numbers on them I think. I'd take a pic, but don't have one beside me right now.
