I would look into come 1-7/8" or 2" with a centri blower in the works. Other than that, it looks like a nice strong starting point to a very fun car. I bet some TFS220 fast-as-cast heads would really wake it up.

It's going to be fun and has been so far.
I've contemplated calling Tony about those heads. The TFS 220's were purchased about 6 months ago for another project that went TFS 205's.
Not opposed to buying another set if I could be convinced of advantages over the TFS.
Boost will be around 10-12 max. While the D1 is capable of more, for a street car it's not needed IMHO.
