If you are going to use the LSX Iron block, the block itself does not have provisions for oil squirters. If you are wanting someone to custom drill the LSX for oil squirters, that is a different story. It is possible for it to be done, but I don't know of any shop that has the capability to do it.
The only option that comes to mind is ERL. Try there.

In my experience putting together a Supercharged LS for my 68 Pro-Touring Camaro....I spoke to Brian Thomson of Thomson automotive. He has designed his on piston squirter system that is proven in supercharger and turbo charge applications. He builds all of Mark Steilow's 950+ HP motors with his piston squirter design. He has done them in both LS7 and LSX blocks. I believe any block can be machined to fit the RHS piston squirters too, I looked into all of the options. Talk with Brian, wealth of knowledge.

A little shop, called Bo Laws Performance, makes (or made?) jigs that bolt in place of the main caps and allow you to drill LS blocks for oil squirters. Not sure if he has anything for the LSX blocks, though. From the research I put into it a while ago, most people who use the Bo Laws jigs end up installing BMW check-valve oil squirters.
