LS3 based 416 : GT11 or GT12?
But if you MUST go with a Lingenfelter cam, the GT1-1 is better suited to a stroker than either of the two you listed.....and is still plenty mild enough for a daily driver. I have the GT1-1 in my Daily driver stock bottom-end LS3. It's lopey without having any hint of surging.
The GT21 cam is also called the LS7/Stroker Cam. I wouldn't consider this cam unless you were up around 12:1 compression and willing to deal with a VERY aggressive cam lope.
BTW....the GT11 is a mild upgrade for any stock bottom end.....wouldn't even consider it for a stroker.

GT11 = 215*/231*, 118* + 0* LSA = -13* overlap with .631"/.644" lift
GT12 = 227*/235*, 115* + 0* LSA = 1* overlap with .631"/.644" lift
GT1-1 = 229*/241*, 114* + 0* LSA = 6.5* overlap with .631"/.631" lift
GT21 = 243*/259*, 112* + 0* LSA = 27* overlap with .653"/.663" lift

Your current cam has 18 degrees of overlap @.050. What I've recommended has 8 degrees @.050. It will make a large difference versus what you have now.
