Default Ls2 hesitation?

I have 2004 Gto with a 2005 ls2 in it. I had some work done to it about 2 months ago. Put a btr stage 3 cam, fast 102, nick williams 102 on it then had it tuned. The idle was never right since I've got the car back. Serious cam surge. Now my main concern is it ran good for about a week after the tune then it threw a check engine light and it started bogging real bad and hesitating. Now the weird part is that sometimes when I start it up the check engine light is off and it runs fine for a day to maybe 3 or 4 days tops then it does it again. It does it on and off. The error codes it throws is p0171 system too lean, p0172 system too rich, p0174 system too lean, p0175 system too rich, p0200 injector cuircut. I've replaced the o2 sensors, new plugs, checked all the plug wires, checked the injectors, checked intake gaskets. Could it be in the tune? I'm lost.

I have they're confused also. I contacted my tuner and he's going to look at it next week. I believe it's in the tune but not sure at all anymore.
