What are these? I ordered a cam gasket kit from Texas Speed and this bearing came in it. The part number says it's for an automatic trans and that has nothing to do with my install. Was it packed by mistake, that is the only thing I can figure out.
The second thing fell out of the motor from somewhere during tear down. I think it was between the block and the oil pan where the 2 ports are for the oil filter but I am not sure. Is it something I really need? I already put the pan back on and forgot it fell out.

First one looks like a Torrington bearing for a cam gear. Haven't seen one in an OEM set yet, they're usually in the aftermarket sets. I would call TSP and ask...

Not sure what the GM part is. I agree with KCS, looks like a Torrington bearing.
The plastic piece looks like it came from the knock sensor connector. I am assuming your engine has the knock sensors in the valley cover?
