Default Another cam thread.. not your average combo.. Advice?

I have a car that I am converting into more of a track car (HPDE) and looking for advice on a cam. Here is where I ruffle feathers... its a twin turbo 5.5L (destroked 6L). I am not looking to turn this into a FI is bad for road coarse thread, i've heard it all before. Any who the motor -

9:1 5.5L 331ci Stock deck height. -.020 below deck
243's. 2.055 Intake/1.6 Exhaust Stainless valves.
Crane Golds
LS7 lifters
Hi Ram
Current cam is a 226/232 .578.587 112
twin s256's .76 t3
Log stye manifolds
can obviously give more info if its needed..

Going from a 6L to the destroked setup I can definitely feel like I lost a good amount of torque down low so I would like to shift the torque band back. Just want to mention that I am dont really care about huge hp numbers but a more usable powerband

Any cam specialists want to take a crack at this? Its been bugging me for a couple weeks now and just wondering what other people thought of my current cam and what I should go to.

There's a cute little 216/224 .553" @ 117ls from Howard's that would work decent. Cam motion or Texas Speed could ship you one similar sized to help the little engine respond quicker

I was thinking something along the lines of about 220*/226* on a 112* LSA.

Then I went on Brian Tooley's site and found the following turbo cam:
